Jain Multilayer Pipes (Power Duct)

Jain HDPE Power Ducts offer a faster, safer, and easier methodology for building underground electrical networks. The Typical power duct is a three layer HDPE pipe made of outer red colour (layer 3), Middle Natural/ Translucent (layer 2) and inner surface of silicon coated ribs (layer 1). Special inside ribbed design offers high crush resistance and further reduces friction to facilitate cable placement.

The purpose of HDPE power duct is to provide a clear, protected pathway for a cable. The HDPE power ducts are manufactured for mechanical protection to High Voltage, Low Voltage and Service electrical cables. Basically HDPE ducts are used for installations of local and long-distance power networks. HDPE Power ducts are manufactured from high quality HDPE material and co-extruded with silicon lubricant providing a low friction smooth surface for easy cable drawing. The outer HDPE shell makes the pipe more tough and durable and enables the duct to withstand the pressure during insertion / pulling of cable as well as retain the roundness under soil pressure and traffic load. The HDPE anti-rodent ducts option provides the best solution to rodent attack by incorporating a bitterness in the pipe to dissuade rodents from gnawing it.

We manufacture HDPE Power Ducts in various sizes as 110mm, 160mm, 200mm and 225mm.
